You retain ownership of your content; you grant Fametonic a license to process and deliver it to your configured destinations.

• Accounts: You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API tokens placed in your account or .env.
• Acceptable Use: No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Respect platform policies for each connected network.
• AI Outputs: Content is machine-generated; review before publishing. You are responsible for accuracy and compliance.
• Scheduling: Scheduled posts rely on external APIs; delivery times are best-effort.
• Data: We store only what is needed for automation (topics, scripts, scenes, images, logs). See Privacy Policy.
• Termination: We may suspend service for violations or abuse.
• Liability: Service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
